Pump issues (and more!) same day solution.
(For those who are not aware, Phipps bought Davis Well & pump. Phipps has been in business since 1978).
An end-to-end great experience.
Bri, who answered the phone and Carson, who replaced pump, motor, and controller; and other team members who dropped by with supplies treated me (and my problem) like I mattered.
Bri was friendly, effective, and clear; definitely a calming influence. She sent Carson out in less than 3 hours.
Carson also was friendly, effective, and clear; worked in the increasing August heat, pulled out the well pipe, found the problem (worn wire coating & bare wire in the well casing) and explained what could be done. While we could have stopped there with the wire, he patiently explained that the pump was operational and though it showed small signs of impending failure, he could reinstall it. At my request (no hard sales pitch from Carson) he went on to replace the pump, motor, and controller (which was discovered to have a failing capacitor). All of this in a little over two hours.
Both Carson and his colleagues who dropped by were respectful of me and my property.
If the need comes up again for me, I will definitely call Phipps Water Solutions. They completely solved my initial problem, along with the discovered issues. All without a single complaint, impatience, or rudeness.
